CCS acquired by Silver Oak Services
Livingstone’s Business Services sector team has advised the shareholders of Commercial Cleaning Systems, a portfolio company of Invision Capital Partners, on the sale of the business to Silver Oak Services Partners.
CCS is a leading provider of commercial janitorial services in the Western and Southwestern United States. Founded by Troy Coker in 1988, CCS has a strong reputation for consistent customer service, quality and safety. With operations in six states, CCS has grown into one of the largest independent facility services platforms and serves customers across a diverse range of industries.
“Relying on their experience and broad network in the facility services industry, the Livingstone team achieved an outstanding result for all stakeholders. With a focus on helping management teams build industry leading businesses in the service sector, we look forward to partnering and growing with Silver Oak Services Partners,” said Troy Coker, Founder and CEO of Commercial Cleaning Systems.
“Given the sustainable demand and widespread fragmentation across this industry, facility services will continue to be an attractive sector for buyers,” said Joseph Greenwood, Partner at Livingstone Chicago. “We expect valuations across the industry to remain strong as platforms and strategics continue to consolidate and seek market share.”
CCS is the most recent of several Facility Services transactions that Livingstone has completed in North America and Europe. Over this period, the global Livingstone team has proven its ability to achieve market-clearing transactions with some of the biggest names in facility services including the sale of IPC International to Universal Services of America, sale of Westway Services to ABM Industries and sale of First Choice Facilities Ltd to Tyco.
