立石为美国最大的非医疗、居家养老服务特许经营商之一Home Helpers 出售予Linsalata Capital Partners提供咨询
Livingstone’s Healthcare sector team has advised the shareholders of H.H. Franchising Systems, Inc. (“Home Helpers”) on the sale of the business to Linsalata Capital Partners .
Home Helpers is one of the largest franchisors of in-home senior care in the US and provides non-medical personal and companion care to over 600 communities across 42 states. The Company has over 265 offices operating in 340 franchise territories. In addition to these non-medical services, Home Helpers offers Direct Link, a proprietary suite of medical alert solutions that provides an extra layer of safety when caregivers are not on-site.
“We relied heavily on Livingstone’s expertise in the Healthcare Services sector and their knowledge of the buyer universe throughout the transaction process,” said Gary Green, Home Helpers Founder. “Livingstone secured an excellent result for our stakeholders and we look forward to partnering with Linsalata in the next chapter of our business.”
Partner Jim Moskal, Head of Livingstone Chicago’s Healthcare sector team, commented: “The strong interest we received in Home Helpers demonstrates the attractiveness of the non-medical segment of Healthcare Services including robust demand driven by the aging US population, minimal regulatory environment, and private pay dynamics that eliminate the US Government’s reimbursement risk.”
Home Helpers marks the third Healthcare Services transaction for Livingstone in the last six months, and its second transaction announced this year. In 2015, Livingstone also advised on the sale of Option 1 to Epic Health Services, followed by the $63M sale of Infinity to Amedisys in January. Moskal added: “We anticipate Healthcare M&A activity to remain strong in 2016 as industry dynamics and the scarcity of high-quality assets keep valuations high.”
