Brennan is a Partner and head of the firm’s Los Angeles office, which he assisted in launching in 2017. As co-head of Livingstone’s Business & Technology Services practice, he advises owners / operators and sponsor-owned companies on sell-side and capital raising transactions.
Brennan brings over 25 years of investment banking experience and has completed over 50 transactions. He focuses on middle-market transactions in business and technology services, with particular interest in information technology (IT) services, tech-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO), and marketing services.
Prior to joining Livingstone, Brennan was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, where he led the firm’s business services practice. Before Houlihan, he spent nine years at UBS, ultimately rising to the position of Managing Director. Brennan began his investment banking career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1993.
Brennan resides in Redondo Beach, California with his wife and three children. He was born and raised in Montana.
