Livingstone advises TSD Global on its sale to Movate
Livingstone has advised on the sale of TSD Global (“TSD” or the “Company”) to Movate Inc. (“Movate”), a portfolio company of Capital Square Partners. Livingstone acted as exclusive financial advisor to TSD. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
TSD Global, headquartered in Carmel, IN, has been a trusted business process outsourcing (“BPO”) partner to blue-chip organizations for over 30 years, providing best-in-class sales, customer service, back-office services, and cross-selling capabilities.
The Company’s contact centers, located in the U.S., Philippines, and South Africa, feature state-of-the-art, multi-channel contact center technology (i.e., voice, email, chat, etc.), which improves work efficiency and enhances customer experience. Underpinned by a robust employee recruiting and training program, the Company employs 1,000+ experienced and well-trained professionals who consistently meet or exceed client KPIs.
