Eleuterio Abad joined Livingstone in 2022 as a Partner in Spain.
Since joining the firm, Eleuterio has successfully led several transactions, advising family-owned businesses, multinational groups, financial investors, and both domestic and international private equity funds. He specializes in advising on the acquisition and sale of companies in the industrial and services sectors.
In addition to his work at Livingstone, Eleuterio also serves as a board member and investment advisor for various family offices.
His professional career began at PwC, where he worked from 1999 to 2005, ultimately serving as a Manager in the Financial Audit division. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as an investment analyst in the holdings division of Grupo Bancaja.
In 2007, he joined the family office Grupo Zriser as CFO and Investment Director, and in 2010, he was appointed Managing Director of the group’s corporate division, a role he held until joining Livingstone in 2022.
At Grupo Zriser, Eleuterio led close to 20 acquisitions and divestments of industrial and services companies across a wide range of sectors. He managed a group with over 400 employees, €120 million in turnover, and a portfolio of nine portfolio companies.
He also has extensive experience in the real estate sector. At Grupo Zriser, he led more than 40 real estate transactions and played a key role in building the largest office real estate portfolio in Valencia by leasable area.
