Lorenzo Francini is based in Milan and joined the Corus Corporate Finance S.p.A. team, now Livingstone Italy, as an Analyst in 2023, following his tenure at Mediobanca S.p.A.
He has developed specialized skills in company valuation and financial statement analysis. Lorenzo has been actively involved in M&A processes across the Consumer, Industrial, and Energy sectors.
