Johannes Faber named Partner in Livingstone Germany
Livingstone is pleased to announce the appointment of Johannes Faber as Partner in the Düsseldorf office as of April 1st, 2021.
Johannes graduated from the University of Cologne in 2009 and began his career with Livingstone soon after. He specialized in corporate finance and M&A during his studies with relevant internships in Germany and abroad.
In the 11 years since, Johannes has made meaningful contributions to the firm, developing an extensive understanding of the M&A process across multiple sectors and specialties and demonstrating a remarkable commitment to clients.
Johannes’ expertise has positively impacted the Telecommunications and Broadband Expansion sector team, which has successfully advised over ten transactions in the last 24 months.
The team’s success was recognized in November 2020 when Livingstone was named the winner of the “Best of Consulting” award by WirtschaftsWoche in the category Finance / Mergers & Acquisitions.
“With Johannes Faber, we add another highly qualified partner to the team with a track record of enormous commitment to his clients and firm. His promotion is a testament to our strength in offering internal development opportunities across all career stages,” said Christian Grandin, founding partner of Livingstone.
“The appointment to Partner is a particular pleasure for me, as it follows my recently celebrated 11th anniversary at Livingstone in Düsseldorf, commented Johannes Faber. He continued, “I would like to thank the managing partners for their trust in me as well as recognize the great support of my colleagues. I look forward to the next chapter at Livingstone, supporting our clients as a service provider and full-service advisor in all matters of corporate transactions and financing decisions.”
