Livingstone Announces Three Well-Earned Promotions
The dedication and hard work of our staff are pivotal to Livingstone’s success and are duly recognized. Therefore, we are delighted to announce three promotions.
Nick Markvorsen, based in our Hamburg office, was promoted to Associate in April. Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance, both with a focus on corporate finance, Nick has established a solid career foundation. Since joining Livingstone in 2022, Nick has provided cross-industry advisory on international transactions, making significant contributions.
Similarly promoted to Associate in April was Niklas Frank from our Düsseldorf office. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Management, specializing in corporate finance, private equity, investments, and accounting, Niklas brings a wealth of expertise. Prior to joining Livingstone in 2023, he garnered valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in the M&A Transaction Services Team, particularly in carve-outs and projects for private equity clients on the buy side. He recently played a role in the SF-Filter transactions.
In January, Philipp Schmolke, also from our Düsseldorf office, was promoted to Associate Director. With a degree in Business Administration and extensive experience in banking, private equity, and the automotive sector at renowned companies such as HannoverFinanz, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Deutsche Bank, and Daimler, Philipp has been an invaluable asset since joining in 2021. His responsibilities at Livingstone include guiding international corporate transactions on both the buy and sell sides, including for example the sale of Hugo Pfohe to Van Mossel and the sale of Oskar Nolte Group to Sherwin-Williams.
