Livingstone secures investment for Weil Foot & Ankle
Livingstone has advised Weil Foot & Ankle Institute, LLC (“WFAI” or the “Company”), a leading provider of podiatry services and surgeries across the Chicagoland area, on securing an investment from Stonehenge Partners. Livingstone served as financial advisor to WFAI.
Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Des Plaines, Illinois, WFAI has established itself as the leading podiatric medicine practitioner serving the Chicagoland area with approximately 30 physicians. Dedicated to using the latest research and most advanced technology to deliver exceptional care, WFAI provides a full range of podiatry services and surgeries in inpatient and outpatient settings across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Stonehenge is currently investing Stonehenge Opportunity Fund IV, LP, an institutional fund raised in 2016. Stonehenge, which targets investments between $10 million and $50 million, pursues opportunities in a variety of industries with a focus on companies with strong market positions within niche manufacturing, value-add distribution, healthcare, and business services.
Livingstone’s healthcare practice has closed over 20 transactions, totaling in excess of $800 million of transaction value, since 2015. Recent successful sell-side transactions have involved Agility Health, Beacon Bay Dental, Integrated Rehab Consultants, Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Phoenix Care System, and SYNERGY HomeCare.
