Alexandre began his career in the United Kingdom in the IT industry with GSI Facilities Management. In 1994, he joined the newly established Paris office of investment bank Regent Associates, a specialist in mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector. During his tenure, he advised on transactions exclusively in the technology sector, with more than 90% of these transactions being cross-border.
In early 2001, Alexandre joined the Corporate Finance team at investment bank Bryan, Garnier & Co. In 2002, he left the firm to establish and develop DDA & Company’s Paris office, now Livingstone France.
Alexandre has extensive expertise in cross-border M&A and is a recognised specialist in the technology sector, including software publishers and IT services, as well as digital and business services. In 2019, he was ranked among the Top 10 Software Investment Bankers by CFNews.
