Thomas co-founded Arctos in 2001. Prior to that, Thomas worked for, among others, SEB Enskilda and Orkla Securities in London in the corporate finance and capital markets divisions with a focus on public listings and new share issues in Scandinavia. He also co-founded New Vision Equity Partners Ltd.
