Dave joined Livingstone in 2019 as Partner and Head of Sponsor Coverage in the US to continue developing and institutionalizing the firm’s relationships with leading financial sponsors.
A seasoned veteran, Dave has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, 18 years of which were spent covering mid-market financial sponsors. Dave came to Livingstone from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where he was a Managing Director. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director and Head of the Middle-Market Financial Sponsors group for the West Coast for Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to that, he was a founding member of Houlihan Lokey’s Sponsor Coverage practice, where he spent the first 17 years of his investment banking career.
