Livingstone is pleased to announce that its client MMK Logistics (“MMK” or the “Company”) has been recapitalized by a private investor. The transaction closed in July 2026; terms were not disclosed.
Based in Elgin, IL, MMK has emerged as a leading logistics partner for beverage alcohol wholesalers and other specialty goods providers by providing a full suite of temperature-controlled inventory, warehousing, and delivery coordination services.
