Livingstone advises Aguilar Metal Recycling in its sale to Sidenor

The Industrial team at Livingstone Partners has acted as sole financial advisor to the family that owns Aguilar Metal Recycling (AMR) in the sale of this specialist metal waste management supplier to Sidenor.

AMR, founded almost 100 years ago and based in Sagunto, currently manages more than 250,000 tons/year of metal. The company serves high quality materials to all steel mills in the country and is also a provider of services for waste management within them.

Sidenor, European leader in special long steels, based in Bilbao, will integrate the company to enhance its capabilities and expand its area of influence. AMR will thus have greater strength and flexibility to continue its national and international growth by offering the best technical support.
