Livingstone advises leading scaffolding company Ställningsbyggarna i Skåne on sale to Byggprojektgruppen Lindblom AB

Byggprojektgruppen Lindblom AB has acquired Ställningsbyggarna i Skåne AB, a market leading supplier of customized scaffolding for the construction and industrial sectors in southern Sweden.

The construction group Byggprojektgruppen Lindblom AB, which includes Malmö Plåt- och Byggservice AB, has acquired Ställningsbyggarna i Skåne. Malmö Plåt- och Byggservice is a full-service provider for reconstruction, conversion, maintenance, service, renovation and repairs for both public and private property owners.

Scaffolding builders Christian Andersson and Tomas Öhman, with more than 20 years’ experience from the industry, founded Ställningsbyggarna i Skåne in 1997. The company has since grown into a regional market leader in complete customized solutions for scaffolding for the building construction and industrial sectors, with focus on quality and flexibility.
