Livingstone’s Business & Technology Services team is pleased to announce that RecruitMilitary, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners, has been acquired by the Company’s management team. Livingstone acted as the exclusive financial advisor to RecruitMilitary. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
