- "Livingstone won the buy-side mandate by demonstrating a deep market insight and understanding of both our situation and the competitive landscape. Despite not knowing the team beforehand we were not disappointed. Throughout the process we have felt supported, understood and always like a priority, both in the early mornings and late nights. From the beginning Livingstone activated their global network, which was a support in our understanding of the situation and a help in deciding on deal-tactics. During the process they took the right amount of charge to relieve and guide us through the process without us feeling left behind or on the side. All in all we had a great process with a successful outcome."Anders Nørgaard, Group CFO and interim CEO of Micro Matic
