Livingstone has advised the owner of Lokalförlaget i Göteborg AB (Lokalförlaget) and Magasinet Fastighetssverige AB (Fastighetssverige) on its sale to Byggfakta Group AB, a portfolio company of Stirling Square Capital Partners and TA Associates.

Livingstone led a global broad auction process, in which the experience and the transaction expertise of the team were crucial in achieving a successful result.

Lokalförlaget operates the successful website Lokalnytt.se. The site provides news, marketing, and advertising services for vacant offices, warehouses, and retail locations in Sweden. The Company also arranges more than 16 events and conferences focused on the real estate and construction sectors every year.

Fastighetssverige operates the website Fastighetssverige.se, the leading news platform targeting the construction and real estate industries focusing on Sweden. Their newsletter reaches approximately 39,000 readers per day. The company also operates Nordicpropertynews.com, the only news site for the construction and real estate industries with a pronounced Nordic focus.
