CR Clemens Reuschenbach is already the 5th add-on acquisition of vitronet group since the entry of DBAG ECF. “With CR Clemens Reuschenbach we have won another specialist supplier for our group, who complements our service portfolio in the areas burst lining, drilling and pressing technology, as well as our local presence usefully. “I have been working with vitronet on different projects successfully in the past and I am pleased to continue so as a part of the company group. Together with a strong and nationwide active partner, we can grow further in the future, win interesting projects and offer a broader service to our clients”, adds Clemens Reuschenbach, former owner of CR Clemens Reuschenbach, who is going to continue managing the company under the umbrella of the vitronet group.

Christian Grandin, partner at Livingstone Düsseldorf, comments: ”This transaction marks number 8 of successful transactions, which we realized for the vitronet group since 2009. This underlines not only our long-term relationship with vitronet but also our outstanding expertise in the area of telecommunication/broadband expansion in Germany.”
