Livingstone Elevates Expertise in the Agribusiness and Food Sector

Livingstone is pleased to announce the expansion of its Agribusiness and Food practice with the addition of Joseph Crotty, who has joined as Managing Director and is based in New York.

Mr. Crotty brings over 17 years of experience, having executed over 75 deals in the Agribusiness and Food sector, where he has emerged as one of the most active and trusted advisors.  His transaction experience is particularly deep in Ag Inputs (e.g., feed, seed, crop / animal nutrition) and Ag Tech (e.g., farm management software / analytics, traceability / certification / verification, farm equipment technology).  Crotty also has expertise in food production, processing, distribution, and retail.

Crotty joined Livingstone from Consensus Advisors, where he was Managing Director and head of the Agribusiness and Food practice.  Mr. Crotty also previously served as the lead agriculture investment banker at KPMG.  Joe began his career and spent nearly 11 years at AgriCapital.  He received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Fordham University.
