Adrian joined Livingstone’s Debt Advisory team in 2025, focused on raising debt capital and arranging financings in support of mergers & acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, restructurings and opportunistic refinancings for private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, and private companies across a variety of industries and credit profiles.
Prior to Livingstone, Adrian spent 9 years at CIBC managing commercial and corporate loan portfolios while overseeing senior debt transactions from initial due diligence and credit underwriting to term sheet negotiations, credit approval, and closing.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) with a major in Finance from DePaul University.
