Kadow & Riese, en tysk tillverkare av plåtdelar för fordonsindustrin, går samman med Photon Group

Livingstone’s Industrial sector team has advised voestalpine Automotive Components Birkenfeld GmbH on the merger of its subsidiary Kadow & Riese Laser– und Umformtechnik GmbH with Photon Group

Kadow & Riese is a specialist manufacturer of sheet metal prototypes and small series, mainly for customers in the Automotive and Rail sectors, as well as being a manufacturing of construction and agricultural machinery.

Photon Group is active in the fields of engineering of laser applications, laser-based and conventional metalworking and processing for a wide range of industrial applications as well as emergency and information technology, especially for the Rail sector.
