Livingstone advises Indenova on sale to Lleida.net

Livingstone has advised Indenova shareholders on the sale of the company to Lleida.net.

With over 15 years of experience, Indenova is a technology company with a suite of products specialized in digitization, process automation, electronic signature, and digital identity. It is headquartered in Valencia, with subsidiaries in Colombia and Peru, and it has more than 70 employees.

Lleida.net is a certified electronic communications service provider and telecommunications operator in several countries. As a trusted service provider, it provides electronic contracting and notification solutions, electronic signature, KYC 2.0 identity validation processes, and SMS solutions. Lleida.net simplifies digitization processes, ensuring legal guarantees in online communications. Qualified in the European regulation eIDAS, it is currently listed on the MAB and Euronext and has more than 100 patents worldwide.

The transaction is the first acquisition made by the Spanish-listed company within its new inorganic growth strategy. Jordi Gisbert, Partner and COO at Indenova will become Executive Director of the subsidiary following the transaction.
