Livingstone Benelux has advised the shareholders of CLAFIS on the sale to Team EIFFEL

Engineering consultancy specialist CLAFIS takes a significant step in its growth trajectory

Livingstone is pleased to announce that the firm’s Benelux team has acted as the exclusive sell-side M&A advisor on the sale of CLAFIS to Team EIFFEL.

CLAFIS is a specialised engineering & consultancy firm with over 400 employees providing broad expertise in among others the construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities, and public domain sectors. Founded in 2004, CLAFIS has 20 years of in-house technical expertise and experience supporting private and (semi-)public clients across a diverse range of projects.

Team EIFFEL provides project management, interim, and consultancy solutions across various disciplines. With the combination, CLAFIS brings a wealth of technical expertise that perfectly complements Team EIFFEL. As part of Team EIFFEL, CLAFIS will benefit from the former’s capabilities in talent development, marketing, recruitment, and tender management.
