Livingstone has advised Foreman Capital on the sale of Van den Bos Flowerbulbs to Heylen Group
Livingstone is pleased to announce the firm’s Benelux team has acted as M&A advisor of Foreman Capital on the sale of Van den Bos Flowerbulbs to Heylen Group. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
Van den Bos Flowerbulbs, specialist in the distribution of (rose)lily, freesia, and calla bulbs, has been sold to Heylen Group. Van den Bos is a leading supplier, sourcing bulbs from the Netherlands and its own production site in Chile, with distribution sites in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
The Company is globally active as an added-value distributor and logistical solution provider with a comprehensive offering covering among others the production, preparation, preservation, storage, and distribution of bulbs for professional flower producers and cultivators.
Heylen Group is a holding company involved in consumer products, staffing, food, minting, fintech, business events, and logistics real estate.
The transaction was signed in December 2022.
