Neil Collen is one of the founding partners of Livingstone Partners, a firm he co-founded in 2007.
Based in Spain since the late 1980s, Neil co-founded an M&A boutique in 1992 before driving the creation of Livingstone Partners in 2007. Since then, he has advised on and led numerous transactions, including domestic and cross-border sales, acquisitions, capital raises, financing processes, and restructurings.
He brings extensive international experience and sits on the boards of several companies, as well as serving on the board of Columbus Venture Partners, a leading Spanish biotech fund.
While he has worked across a wide range of industries, Neil has developed particular expertise in building products, related sectors, and healthcare. He has a strong interest in the impact of climate change and artificial intelligence in both areas.
