Livingstone is pleased to announce that KGPCo – the leading provider of complete, customised, and scalable supply chain and network transformation solutions for the communications industry – has acquired select assets and assumed certain operating liabilities of Hutton Communications of Canada. This acquisition enhances KGPCo’s footprint, reach, and capabilities by adding one of Canada’s leaders in wireless infrastructure. Livingstone acted as the exclusive financial adviser to KGPCo.

With multiple sales and warehouse facilities across Canada, KGPCo Canada is able to provide local sales support and quick delivery.

Hutton Canada represents Livingstone’s fourth transaction with KGPCo, advising on the acquisitions of Embarq Logistics from Embarq Corporation (now known as CenturyLink), the professional services business of TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL), and TriNet Communications.
