We are promoting and expanding Livingstone’s international team with two new Associate Directors and a new Associate.

Livingstone strengthens its organization with two Associate Directors and one Associate by promoting Zakaria Marakbiand Henrik Lilliehöök to Associate Directors and Edward Herslow to Associate.
Zakaria Marakbi and Henrik Lilliehöök have both been part of Livingstone’s team in Stockholm since 2018.
During his time at Livingstone,
Zakaria has been involved in a number of transactions across various sectors. Among other things, he has been involved in processes such as the sale of San Sac Group (formerly a portfolio company of Accent Equity) to French company Sulo, the sale of Cliniclands to American company Henry Schein, and the sale of Adtoox to Peach (a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity).
During his time at Livingstone, Henrik has worked with companies such as Biototal, a player in circular plant nutrition with a focus on the agricultural sector, and Modigo, Sweden’s leading provider of neuropsychiatric assessments and medical treatment for patients with ADHD.
Edward Herslow has been part of Livingstone’s team in Stockholm since 2020 and is now moving from a position as Analyst to Associate. During his time at Livingstone, Edward has been involved in the sale of TM Konsult to AFRY and the sale of Vårdväskan to Storskogen.
“We have had a very busy year with a record number of transactions. We expect continued high activity going forward and are working on recruiting new analysts, while at the same time seeing strong development in the current organization, where many have grown in their current roles, which is very gratifying,” says Daniel Ohlsson, Managing Director at Livingstone in Stockholm.
Daniel continues, “The partner group has therefore decided to make some changes and promote Henrik Lilliehöök and Zakaria Marakbi to Associate Directors and Edward Herslow to Associate. Henrik, Zakaria, and Edward have all shown great commitment, taken on significant responsibility in their roles, and proven their ability to build trust with our clients.”
