Livingstone Enters Italian Market through Partnership with Corus Corporate Finance
Livingstone Partners is excited to announce its expansion into the Italian market through a strategic partnership with Corus Corporate Finance (CCF). Luca Maccagnani Castelli, Giulia Guzzo and Umberto Rossi will lead Livingstone Partners S.p.A. in Milan and Verona, becoming shareholders of Livingstone International Holdings.
Following its recent expansion into the Benelux region through its Amsterdam office and the launch of its office in Seoul, Korea, Livingstone is continuing its growth next in Italy by forging an agreement with Luca Maccagnani Castelli, Managing Partner and Founder of CCF, to jointly develop the Italian market. Over the past nine years, CCF and its dedicated team have become a prominent M&A firm in Italy, successfully advising on local and cross-border deals.
Luca Maccagnagni Castelli, Founder and Managing Partner of CCF, stated, “After my experience as an international banker and partner in another Italian M&A boutique, I founded CCF in November 2014 to provide local mid-sized companies with customized advisory services meeting the highest international standards. We decided to join Livingstone to offer our clients greater sophistication, deep sector knowledge, and increased global reach, while remaining independent.”
The new Livingstone offices, led by its cohesive local team, is positioned to capitalize on untapped opportunities in the Italian mid-market and provide clients with even more extensive global opportunities. The new Livingstone Italian team aims to become a market leader in Italy, leveraging and adding to Livingstone’s deep sector expertise and global reach.
