Livingstone’s Benelux team is excited to announce its role as advisor to VAPRO, a leading specialist in the field of staffing and education of process operators, in its sale to Arnold Participaties. The transaction allows VAPRO to leverage its strong reputation in the process operator industry as part of a nationwide group of employment services companies with complementary focus areas. The transaction terms were not disclosed.
VAPRO was founded in 1956 by the Dutch government to improve the inflow and quality of workers to the process manufacturing industry in the Netherlands. In 2010, VAPRO became privately owned through an acquisition by the management team. VAPRO is specialized in the education and staffing of industrial process operators, servicing blue-chip industrial clients and education institutions.

Through its brands, Arnold Participaties brings extensive experience in recruitment and a headquarters with comprehensive expertise.
