Michael Westhoven

Michael Westhoven started his career with BCG as a consultant for the global high-tech and communications and e-commerce practice, and subsequently worked on the investing side for IRIS Capital and held executive positions at media group VIVA Media AG, Kabel Deutschland, Germany’s largest cable operator and Vice President at News Corporation’s FOX International Channels before joining corporate finance firm Leonardo Co., which was acquired by Houihan Lokey in 2015.  Michael has over 25 years of experience in media, tech and communications M&A as both a corporate finance adviser and, venture capital investor, and as an operational executive with P&L responsibility. He joins Livingstone from Houlihan Lokey where he was German head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications. Education & Qualifications:
