Michael Westhoven

Michael Westhoven began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in the global High Tech & Communications and E-Commerce practices. He subsequently held a variety of management positions in the TMT industry, including roles as Director at VIVA Media AG and Kabel Deutschland, and as Vice President at FOX, a subsidiary of News Corporation. He also gained experience in private equity and venture capital as an Investment Director at ERGO Capital and IRIS Capital.

In 2012, he joined the European investment bank Leonardo & Co. as Managing Director, where he was responsible for the TMT sector in Germany. Following Leonardo & Co.’s acquisition by Houlihan Lokey, he became Managing Director and a member of Houlihan Lokey’s global TMT practice.

Since 2018, Michael Westhoven has been with Livingstone in Düsseldorf. He brings over 25 years of international transaction experience and deep expertise in the Media & Technology sectors.
