Johannes Faber is Partner at Livingstone in Düsseldorf, advising mid-market companies, family shareholders and private equity investors on complex M&A transactions – with more than 15 years of experience, all of them at Livingstone.
His primary focus is sell-side advisory: company sales and succession transactions for owner-managers and family businesses across the DACH region and beyond. In addition, he advises on buy-side mandates – in particular structured buy-and-build processes and market roll-ups for PE platform companies – and on debt advisory mandates.
Internationally experienced: Johannes regularly executes cross-border transactions and maintains an established network of strategic buyers, PE investors and M&A intermediaries across the DACH-region and all over Europe.
