Livingstone brews capital solution for craft cider maker

Livingstone has advised on the growth recapitalization of Virtue Cider, a craft cider company based in Fennville, Michigan. Growth capital was supplied by Anheuser-Busch InBev, who will also provide operational support to Virtue via wholly-owned Goose Island Beer. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
