Alain began his career in industry with CarnaudMetalbox, one of the world’s leading packaging companies.
In 1995, he joined Deloitte as an auditor before specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the Corporate Finance team.
In 2000, he embarked on an entrepreneurial path, first contributing to the launch of an online training service and subsequently to the development of a specialized retail business, in which a major industry player acquired a stake in 2006.
Since 2007, Alain has been an investment banker focused on the small- and mid-cap market, overseeing transactions across a wide range of industries. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and is particularly active in B2B and B2C distribution, niche industrial sectors, as well as business services, including marketing, communications and consulting.
