Livingstone has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Infrea on the sale of Cleanpipe Sverige AB and Cija Tank AB (together “Cleanpipegruppen”) to Norva24 Group AB. Through this transaction, Cleanpipegruppen gains a new long-term owner with strong capabilities to support the company’s continued development and growth.
Cleanpipegruppen, comprising Cleanpipe Sverige AB and Cija Tank AB, is a leading provider of full-service solutions within wastewater, water and waste management.
Cleanpipe offers a broad range of services including high-pressure flushing, sludge suction, pipe inspection, relining, dry and excavation suction, as well as waste transportation. The company has established a strong market position through high quality and comprehensive service.
Cija Tank, headquartered in Stockholm, specialises in critical full-service solutions within the same segment. Its operations include sludge suction, high-pressure flushing, pipe inspection, relining and hazardous waste transportation. With extensive experience and a focus on certified environmental management, Cija Tank works closely with municipalities, industrial clients and contractors across Greater Stockholm.
Together, Cleanpipegruppen generates approximately EUR 15 million in revenue and has demonstrated impressive growth and strong profitability in recent years.
