Livingstone acted as exclusive financial advisor to Whitebridge Pet Brands, LLC (“Whitebridge Pet Brands”), a U.S.-based group owned by pan-European investment firm NXMH, in the sale of Piemonte Pet Products — a dry pet food manufacturer — to Monge Group (“Monge”).
Monge has acquired 100% of Piemonte Pet Products, a company headquartered in Neive (Cuneo), previously owned by Whitebridge Pet Brands and specialized in the production of private label and co-manufactured dry pet food.
Whitebridge Pet Brands, a portfolio company of Belgian investment firm NXMH, manufactures natural foods, toppers, and snacks for dogs and cats under several well-known brands including Tiki Pets, Schesir, Stuzzy, Petite Cuisine, Dogswell, Grizzly, Cloud Star, Buddy Biscuits, Pet Botanics, and Crazy Dog.
Founded in 1963 in Monasterolo di Savigliano (Cuneo), Monge is a leading Italian producer of wet and dry pet food for dogs and cats. The company operates in both the private label and branded segments, with a portfolio that includes Monge, Bwild, VetSolution, Gift, Excellence, Gemon, Special Dog, LeChat, Simba, Leo’s, Gran Bontà, Artù, and Moustache.
The integration of Piemonte Pet Products into Monge’s operations enhances its dry food production capacity, enabling the group to better serve rising demand across both domestic and international markets.
