Livingstone is pleased to announce that the firm’s Benelux team has advised RH Marine Netherlands B.V. (“RH Marine”) and Bakker Sliedrecht Electro Industrie B.V. (“Bakker Sliedrecht”) on the sale to VINCI Energies. Livingstone acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht.

VINCI Energies has successfully acquired the shares of RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht, two leading technical service providers in the maritime and energy sectors. Together, they achieved a combined annual revenue of approximately €160 million in 2023, supported by a dedicated workforce of 620 employees. As a leading technical service provider with a strong presence in the energy transition and digital transformation sectors, VINCI Energies will hold a majority stake in this partnership.

RH Marine is a leading systems integrator, established in 1860, specializing in the engineering, integration, and maintenance of custom automation and electrical solutions for the maritime industry. Drawing on its extensive expertise and experience, RH Marine provides innovative solutions for all ship-supporting platform systems, from engineering and system integration to installation, commissioning, maintenance, and life cycle support. RH Marine holds a prominent position in the defence and superyacht sectors.

Bakker Sliedrecht has emerged as a key player since its founding in 1919, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and onshore infrastructures for the nautical, dredging, offshore, and land-based industries. With deep expertise in electrical system integration, automation, and high- and low-voltage solutions, Bakker Sliedrecht delivers comprehensive services across these industries. The company is recognized as a specialist in dredging and offshore vessels, as well as specific land-based installations.
