Grégoire began his M&A career at Financière de Courcelles before joining Drake Star Partners, where he spent over two years working on several transactions, including fundraising and M&A, across the TMT sector in France and Spain.
In 2022, he joined DDA & Company’s Paris office, now Livingstone France, where he has since advised on LBO and M&A transactions, both sell-side and buy-side, in France and internationally.
