Philipp Schmolke joined Livingstone in 2021 and, as a Director, is responsible for Financial Sponsor Coverage in the DACH region, where he works to further expand and strengthen the firm’s close relationships with leading financial investors. In addition, he continues to manage M&A mandates on both the buyer and seller sides, with a focus on the industrial technology sector.
He began his career in Deloitte’s Transaction Services division, where he developed extensive expertise in financial due diligence and advised companies and financial investors on complex transaction matters. He also worked at Haniel as an investment manager.
Philipp Schmolke studied business administration with a focus on finance at the universities of Trier, Dublin City University (B.Sc.), and Münster (M.Sc.). During his studies, he gained experience in industry, investment banking, and private equity.
