David is a Director at Livingstone, assisting in sourcing and executing sell-side M&A and capital-raise transactions. David joined the firm in 2021 and has particular transaction expertise in commercial and industrial services, industrial technology, distribution, aerospace and defense, flow control, and advanced manufacturing. David brings nearly 15 years of investment banking experience, completing 30+ transactions totaling over $2.0 billion in transaction value.
David’s clients and counterparties have included family and entrepreneurial-owned businesses, private equity and family offices, and domestic and international public companies.
Prior to Livingstone, David was a senior investment banker at City Capital Advisors. David began his investment banking career at BMO Capital Markets and BB&T Capital Markets, where he served in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Services group.
David resides in the River North neighborhood of Chicago with his wife. He is originally from Carmel, Indiana.
