Grupo Solitium has acquired 100% of Novac (Copimur S.L.). Livingstone Partners has acted as exclusive advisor to the family that owned the Company.
Copimur, founded almost 40 years ago and headquartered in Murcia, also provides services in Almería, Alicante, Albacete, and Madrid. Under the NOVAC trademark, Copimur offers printing equipment solutions, document management software and consulting, as well as digitalization and audiovisual environment services.
Grupo Solitium, owned by the Spanish fund ProA Capital, is the national leader in this sector, and the incorporation of Copimur is part of its expansion plan, reinforcing its position in eastern Spain.
