Benjamin began his career in Transaction Services at Exelmans and subsequently transitioned into M&A while joining Rothschild & Co’s Mid-Cap M&A team before joining DDA & Company’s Paris office, now Livingstone France, in 2021.
Since he joined Benjamin has worked on approximately 15 transactions, primarily sell-side and LBO transactions, across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Distribution and B2B/B2C Services sectors.
Benjamin was promoted to Vice President in 2026.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Corporate Finance at emlyon business school
- Qualified as a French Chartered Accountant (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable – DEC)
