Charles-Antoine began his career in industry, first in Germany with Mersen Group, where he contributed to the development of a new services business, and subsequently in Paris within the Banking & Finance division of IT services company Unilog.
In 2002, following the completion of his MBA, Charles-Antoine joined Société Générale’s M&A department before moving to M&A advisory firms Epsilon Finance and Clairfield Partners. In 2007, he joined Fortis’ Corporate Finance & Capital Markets team in Paris and later BNP Paribas’ Mid-Cap Corporate Finance team. Charles-Antoine joined DDA & Company in 2011, now Livingstone France.
Charles-Antoine has advised on numerous small- and mid-cap transactions for entrepreneurs, large corporates and private equity firms. He also has extensive experience in equity capital markets transactions, including public tender offers, IPOs, capital increases and private placements.

- Engineering degree from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Électricité et de Mécanique de Nancy
- MBA from ESCP Europe. He is fluent in French, English and German
