Geert-Jan has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A and Strategy as an adviser as well as in a principal and supervisory role. With a wide range of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, (re)financings and management advice related projects under his belt, he brings technical expertise, a broad perspective and strong stakeholder management skills to the table. Having worked in the highest league of the global HR Services / Staffing industry for almost a decade, he spends most of his time on HR, Staffing and Professional Services transactions.
Before joining Livingstone, Geert-Jan spent 9+ years at Randstad, the global leader in the HR Services industry, lastly as Managing Director Corporate Strategy and M&A. Before that, he worked at PwC Corporate Finance for 10 years, where he executed numerous M&A transactions across various industries.
