Livingstone is pleased to announce that the firm’s Benelux team has acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor in the sale of high-precision tooling specialist Nedcam GmbH to MonsterCAM Ltd
Netherlands-based Nedcam Solutions, a portfolio company of Nobel Capital, has sold its subsidiary Nedcam GmbH to MonsterCAM Ltd, a leading supplier of composite patterns, moulds, and components based in Hampshire, United Kingdom.
Nedcam GmbH, with production facilities in Rhede, Germany, specialises in among others complex moulds, plugs, and high-precision tooling. Through detailed engineering and advanced production techniques, including 3- and 5-axis CNC machining, the company serves key end-markets such as aerospace and automotive.
The sale will allow Nedcam GmbH to leverage its strong capabilities to complement the existing range of solutions offered by its new owner MonsterCAM Ltd in sectors such as marine, aerospace, and defence. Meanwhile seller Nedcam Solutions will be able to focus on its distinct composite tooling specialisations for sectors such as yacht-building and wind energy.
