Parsec has been sold to Universal Logistics Holdings

Livingstone’s Industrial team is pleased to announce that Parsec, Inc., a Market-Leading Rail Terminal Operator, has been acquired by Universal Logistics Holdings (“Universal”). Livingstone acted as the exclusive financial advisor, and the terms were not disclosed.
