Anthony Wimbush is a Managing Director in Livingstone’s Paris office and has over 30 years of M&A experience. A native of Scotland, he is bilingual in English and French and fluent in German and brings extensive experience of cross-border transactions across a range of industrial and business services sectors.
Anthony focuses on both buy-side and sell-side advisory: company sales for owner-managers and family businesses across the French-speaking region and beyond, as well as structured buy-and-build processes and market roll-ups for PE platform companies and family offices.
Anthony joined DDA & Company Paris, now Livingstone France, in 2009. He began his career at Société Générale, where he spent seven years, including two in Paris and five at SG Hambros in London. On his return to France, he co-founded Epsilon Research, an innovative M&A services firm.
