Diego Moreno joined Livingstone in 2015 and is currently a Partner at the firm in Spain.
He focuses primarily on the Food, Automation & Electronics, Packaging, and Technology sectors.
Diego has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, having been involved in deals with investors from the U.S. and various European countries, advising both sell-side and buy-side clients.
Prior to joining Livingstone, he worked eight years in the Structured Finance and M&A departments of a national financial institution.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and lectures on the Master’s in Stock Market and Finance at the Foundation for Stock Market and Financial Studies.
