Istvan has over 25 years of experience as corporate finance professional, advising on buy and sell side M&A transactions, mergers and capital raisings in a broad range of industries. During his career, Istvan has helped numerous family companies, listed corporations and private equity clients realize their objectives by combining strategic advice with smart deal making capabilities. Istvan has a hands-on deal execution style and remains actively involved throughout the entire transaction process to ensure the best possible outcome. He focuses on the Technology, Consumer and Business Services sectors and has ample experience in cross-border deals and complex corporate governance situations.
Before joining Livingstone Partners, Istvan led the PwC Corporate Finance team in the Netherlands for 10 years. Previously, he headed the Rabobank International M&A team for 5 years and before that worked as Managing Director at ING Corporate Finance. Istvan started his career in corporate business development at a large, listed information services company in the Netherlands and the USA.
In his free time Istvan enjoys travelling, doing sports and spending time with family and friends.
